Wayfinder is committed to building strong, lasting partnerships and making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work.
Investing in the communities where we live and work is an essential part of our operations. Guided by our community investment pillars of youth sports, agriculture, community service and Indigenous partnerships, it is important to Wayfinder to create meaningful impact through donations, sponsorships and volunteer opportunities.
Our Community Investment Pillars:
Building Stronger Communities: We support local service organizations that improve quality of life and foster resilience.
Championing Youth Development: Through sponsorship of youth sports programs, we help young people build confidence, teamwork and leadership skills.
Supporting Rural Livelihoods: Agriculture is the backbone of rural communities, and we proudly invest in initiatives that sustain and innovate this vital sector.
Indigenous Partnerships: We are committed to working closely with Indigenous communities and strive to be a strong ally and partner.
Wayfinder Corp. is committed to investing in Lac Ste. Anne County and supporting the people who call it home. We focus on building strong relationships through open communication and collaboration. Guided by our three priority areas—community service, youth sports, and agriculture we work with our neighbours to support local needs and create meaningful impact.
We believe that being a good neighbour is just as important as delivering results, and our approach is rooted in collaboration, listening and giving back. Through our commitment to youth sports, agriculture and community service, we endeavour to help communities thrive and create opportunities for all. We are proud to partner with Indigenous communities to foster trust, mutual respect and long-term benefits. Our goal is to invest in the strength of our communities, champion youth development, support rural livelihoods and make a meaningful impact through service and partnership.
We believe that our success is shared with the communities around us. By investing in local initiatives, we help create vibrant, resilient communities for today and tomorrow.
Our employees give back to local communities through volunteering and Wayfinder provides support and donations where possible.
In 2025, our team supported various organizations in Alberta, some of which included Meals on Wheels, Mayerthorpe Rodeo, 4H Club, Darwell 80th Anniversary Fair, EvenStart Foundation, Seniors Secret Service, Ronald McDonald House Charities, STARS, and various local sports teams.
We value open communication and encourage community members to reach out.
